Under the leadership of President Joel Brown, the dedicated team, including prominent individuals like Jo Hughes, Judy FitzSimons, Blanche Santini Lee, Roxie Smith, Carol Terry, Fran Santini, Lois Townley, Esther Reasoner, Larry Huston, Fran Myers, AJ Bassett, Sue Davison, and Margaret McArthur, painstakingly curated a collection of local recipes that reflect the essence of our community.

Noteworthy contributions to this book also include exquisite sketches, crafted by AJ Bassett and Margaret McArthur.
